We recommend arriving with clean, bare skin if possible. If you are arriving from work or an event, our team will gently cleanse your skin prior to performing the diagnostic assessment.

In many cases, yes. If time permits and your skin condition allows, we can perform an initial gentle protocol—such as a HydraFacial™ or a introductory ZO® Clinical Facial—immediately following your consultation.
